Today I offered an amendment to cut parking fines in half in response to a bill that could allow the city to issue more parking tickets and it didn’t pass.

This morning, PJM (which controls our electricity) showed the DC Council a jaw-dropping increase in electricity use that we're paying for because of data centers. I asked if we should expect the same kind of increases over the next several years.
